With all due respect to Mr. Niello.   In the same debate in El Dorado Hills he gives us his definition of “conservatism” which he endorses and the reasons he voted for the budget that increased the taxes of Californians by $12.6 billion.

I have long been an avid supporter of Howard Jarvis. I arrived in California in 1978, in the center of the Prop 13 battle. So, I just idolized Howard Jarvis for all the work they did and from what the normal voter sees, all the support they continue to lend. Not anymore!!!!!!
